How Did The Advice Stand Start?
Denis was an engineer who grew frustrated with the inefficient and repetitive tasks that plagued his previous jobs. This frustration led him to a career in management consulting, using his problem solving skills to aid businesses in running as effectively and efficiently as possible.
The following years were spent in various firms across multiple industries, where he honed his skills and accumulated a wealth of experience in aiding clients towards achieving their goals through innovative problem-solving and new technologies.
One Summer, Denis was at a large social event. Just for fun, he decided to set up a trestle table with 4 chairs (2 on each side) and a big sign with 1 word scribbled on it: Advice. By offering a safe space to establish trust, air concerns and discuss potential paths forward, Denis and his “clients” were able to break through to some fantastic epiphanies and find solutions to problems that some of them didn’t even know they had!
In 2020, prior to the COVID pandemic, Denis had used everything he had learned previously to establish The Advice Stand, where he has been aiding businesses ever since.
